Natural Interaction Bits

There are some really cool things happening on the Natural Interaction front. I figured I’d put down a few bits. First off, OpenNI launched this week. This is an effort to unify access to video and audio devices that power natural user interaction. There’s an interview with Tamir Berliner of Prime Sense that explains some things.

Also this week, we did a talk for Innovation in RTP. That presenation and video will be up shortly, but here’s a video that has some of the demonstration and bits of an interview that I did afterward. I think it really shows how the product I’m working on can augment and improve animation captured by the new depth cameras.

Real Dan is not that strong. dba
